really good stay, faultless experience

amazing breakfast spacious room comfortable beds fantastic view

breakfast was amazing, a huge selection was on offer and the staff were excellent. the rooftop infinity pool had a fantastic view, the restaurant was great, and the room was spacious with comfortable beds. i received a warm welcome from the front desk, the lobby seemed new, spacious, with comfortable seating while waiting to check in.

The car drop-off area seemed small, and there were occasional issues finding a taxi. This minor inconvenience did not overshadow the otherwise perfect experience.

The rooftop infinity pool provided fine views. It was well kept and inviting for a relaxing swim while the hotel also offers options available for happy hour for the spa.

breakfast offered a huge selection of food, staff were excellent. the restaurant provided magnificent views and diverse food options as compared with other hotels. breakfast at L19 had magnificent views and food options.

i found the service consistently excellent, staff members were friendly. reception staff contacted me via whatsapp before and after check-in to answer questions. the staff was always smiling and service-minded when we came to dine.

The location is near the beach and close to a wide choice of dining options. the hotel is near grocery shops for daily needs. It's a short walk to the waterfront. the hotel offered almost everything we could have asked for.

The room had an ocean view with a balcony. there were super comfy beds, and the room had clean linen. toiletries were supplied. The hotel provided toothpaste with toothbrushes. the beds were comfortable.

The food was not good in the hotel restaurant I found the food too oily and almost cold. I think the quality of food should be given more attention. I would stay at the hotel again I will not eat there other than breakfast.
